Well,my experience wasn’t great as I ended up with no pedicure today. I arrived there on time but the technician(TJ)asked me to wait until she becomes free.I was fine with it thinking that this is going to take no longer than10-15min.After 20min of waiting,TJ just started filling the customer’s nails so I kindly asked how much longer she needed and the answer was 30min. I couldn’t wait 50 min after my app time to be seen. I understand things can happen but at least inform customer beforehand!
