I was debating whether on not to leave a review, but two weeks after my appointment and my nails are absolutely ruined and I’m actually in a significant amount of pain as my nail beds were completely destroyed. I went in with long, beautiful and strong nails and have come away with hardly any nails left. I believe this is due to poor techniques used, including an e-file on my natural nails, which has led them to being paper thin. Strangers have even commented on the state of my nails.

Appointment was 25 mins late then my treatment was rushed. Supposed to be a 1 hr 15 min luxury pedicure. Was finished in 55 mins. My feet still have dry skin
