I was a bit thrown-off first due to the look of the studio (you enter through a pharmacy and then wait in a rather bare and tiny hallway). But the therapist was incredibly professional, helpful (happy to explain everything in detail) and friendly. Results look brilliant too! I will definitely come back.

I have had PRP before and have to say these guys made my experience an enjoyable one.
I have been with many nurses and Drs who either have superficially injected in places they shouldn’t have and had previously a very painful PRP treatment from another practitioner, my confidence has certainly being restored,
Although it was extremely busy, I did not feel rushed, they put me at ease and explained the process carefully with a consistent reassurance. They were friendly yet professionally and will definitely be recommending these guys to my friends and family.
The end result- I couldn’t be more than pleased, I couldn’t believe my eyes and will be returning for more treatments. Service 5***

The people were professional, however, the location was small and in the downstairs of a pharmacy. There was only one procedure room so the numbing cream had to be applied in the waiting room which might be uncomfortable for some. The actual procedure was fine and well explained. I do feel like I might have some scar tissue but don't know if that's due to them or my own healing reaction.
