Very professional service, the doctor was friendly and wore clean gloves and sterilized the area thoroughly before the treatment. He also unwrapped the needles in front of me which I think is important. My only complaints would be that microneedling was not used during the treatment, which is usually a standard part of PRP and is advertised on the website. The treatment rooms are clean and proffesional but very hard to find, a text beforehand explaining that the rooms are within another shop would be helpful for new clients! Overall, I am very happy with the treatment and would return.
