This was the second time I visited Elixir for a microdermabrasion session. My facial was carried out by Zaib bith times who was lovely and understood my skin concerns, focusing on my acne scars. I left feeling refreshed and my face feels better and looks brighter than a normal facial. Excellent facial and would continue to go back.
I could not give a five star on this occasion for a few reasons. Firstly, the ambience is not great. The rooms are not sound proof as there are not proper doors - you can hear all of the noise around you and conversations going on. When I recieved a facial I like a quiet experience where I can relax - not the screeching laughter of other people near the "room". Secondly, I think Zaib is the only person working at the salon on a Saturday. Every time a customer walked through the door, she left my facial mid-way with what she was doing (both times I visited) to attend to other customers and discussing their treatments. At one point she left to do another client's nails which I could hear.
The treatment itself I would recommend 100% to people who suffer from acne scars and Zaib does a fantastic job. The only issue really lays with the ambience and not being relaxed.

My masseuse was so kind and so caring. She was fabulous. The facility itself is clean, but the treatment rooms don’t feel private with tangled vertical blinds as the only coverage. They need to install permanent curtains.
