The members of staff were very nice and the massage was intense as I asked. I’d have only liked the masseuse to focus a little bit lore on my neck rather than on my back, which is the part where I had more knots.
It was a good facial, I ended up upgrading to the next one up from classic so I had a deeper cleanse, masks etc. as I have dry skin and I was trying to target certain areas for heavier hydration. The therapist was lovely and friendly, she took her time and didn't rush at all (even though I was a little late from traffic). I was also given a discount when I upgraded as she knew I didn't come in for that initially. The ambience was fine, I was the only client in the salon, sometimes I could hear her walking around cleaning up etc. so it wasn't as super calm as it could have been - but I think if the door to my room was shut it would have totally been fine. It was late as I was one of the last clients. A great facial, I'll be back for another soon and I would certainly recommend. Good value for money. Thank you!!

It was a great experience getting my haircut. Felt very looked after with a lovely wash and cut and she asked the style I wanted beforehand
