Sharon was not only supportive and experienced but she spent time reassuring me and explaining the treatment as we went along.
It was very helpful to understand how I could expect to feel over the next few days and the exercises that I should try to perform before we met again for the next session.
By the end of the evening and over the next few days I could feel some improvements.
I would highly recommend Sharon and have already booked my next session.

Absolutely amazing. As an aging musician my body needs more TLC and after taking the plunge and booking an appointment I was not disappointed. By far the best massage I have ever had and in my local area 😃
