Sharon is such a warm and positive individual that her energy is contagious. She really helped me to release some built up tension in my muscles and problem areas that I told her about. It was great!

I've been suffering with lower back pain for a few years now and I was lucky to meet Sharon so I could give my back a well deserved treatment. Sharon was lovely, I felt at ease right away, she is very professional and knows what she is doing. It has been a long time I didn't feel so relaxed. I had my 1st session today with Sharon and she was amazing!! I was so nervous but she did a great job and I left with my body feeling more relaxed and on less pain. I also learnt so much about lymphatic drainage.
