Really great massage. My swollen foot has reduced significantly and I wad given some great practical advice for management/prevention. Very pleasant experience too as we chatted loads so felt very comfortable. Excellent value for money!

I am so happy that i found Sharon! I had only one treatment - deep thorough sport massage - and i am sure i'll be visiting her regularly. She understood where my pain in the left leg was coming from and focused on that area. My legs were very stiff from trail running, upper body was blocked from sitting over laptop for many hrs a day. I felt so much better right after this session and even better on the next day. and my left leg doesn't hurt! i am so happy. very much recommended.
