Beautiful massage room downstairs. Nataliya was welcoming and attentive, checking the room and hot stones temperature for me. The bed is heated which is lovely too. She used medium pressure with strong pressure on my shoulders which was much needed, perfect for me. Such a relaxing massage. There were some issues with another member of staff that she had to sort out, but she gave me 10 minutes extra time which was excellent customer service. Thank you 😊
