Booked last min, so had a few issues with the appointment but they fitted me in so that was great. I wished they had been a bit more prepared with the set up. I booked an aromatherapy massage and it helps the overall experience when the room is set up for the massage, smells great, mood lighting etc. When I got there I was taken downstairs, got ready in the bed and only after I was laying down the masseuse started setting up the aromatherapy oils, then changed the lighting etc.

Excellent Manicure. You get real great value for money on this treatment. The glove wax was a fantastic addition and made my hands so smooth afterwards.
