Donna was really welcoming, explained the massage fully and checked any medical conditions and was professional and friendly. Felt in safe caring hands. The venue is a little noisy (music playing upstairs and doors banging occasionally on the salon but Donna makes up for that by keeping the room as relaxing as possible, putting on the right background music to relax, moving around gently and keeping you warm and covered. Great massage, would book again with Donna.
