Always a pleasant atmosphere. The stylists are very efficient and very lovely and easy to talk to. It's nice to see that they get on with each other well and help one another out. They always remember everything that I told them the last time that I visited which feels very personal. I usually have Lorraine but this time I had Spresa who was extremely lovely and gave me a wonderful experience. The result of my hair is always amazing, Lorraine understands exactly how I like it, and she can step in and advise the stylist that I'm with, so I'm not afraid to be with any of them. They are all excellent!

Very nice cut and great friendly service.
There was a wait whilst in there but it was worth waiting for as everyone commented on how great my hair looked
Loved my new haircut and colour , lovely staff however stylist seemed to be doing the work of two people , and my colour was left on for an extra half hour , not. Complaining just felt sorry for the stylist
