Very friendly staff, nice warm salon to escape into from the horrid weather. Ellam made me feel very comfortable and as far as bikini waxes go it was pretty painless! Would definitely recommend x

Haircut was ok but I felt not worth the price. Consultation was quite brief, very few questions or discussion which I feel was reflected in the cut such as preferred parting location. Wash was nice - quite firm head massage which I enjoy but may not be to everyone’s taste. Cut took a while, not necessarily an issue but just something to bear in mind for booking.

Booked last minute and this was my first visit. The ladies were very welcoming and friendly and my nails look great. I will certainly visit again.
