I would love to give a good review but I didn't get the opportunity. I turned up to my scheduled appointment but no one was there except for the nail technicians. I ended up waiting and waiting but no one showed up (no answer on mobile phone) so I left to another salon to get my hair washed in the end. Luckily there are quite a few options in the area. It's a shame as I was looking forward to trying a new place. The place looked alright though. Haven't heard from them since, its now gone 2 days.

Ella is really lovely and was an overall nice experience. I did leave with slight scalp burn so be sure to choose the right relaxer if you have a sensitive scalp
