I was hesitant at, booking a hairdresser without knowing their worth BUT I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. As for ambience, there's enough to go around. The staff are very professional yet full of humour - I spent my time laughing! My stylist was very considerate of my needs and was quick to adapt to my needs. She used the best of products for me and was genuinely concerned about the state of my hair, advising me on the aftercare products to use. She explained what/why she was doing all along the way - she's got over 20yrs experience to share... I definitely recommend this salon to everyone and intend to use it whenever I'm in London.
