This was an incredible experience. Paula put a lot of care and attention into my massage. She obviously knew the pressure points and fascia that needed releasing. I was in a lot if pain with one shoulder and she was tenacious about getting to the knot. She also did the whole body, from toes to scalp, releasing knots I didn’t even know I had. Yes it was painful at times but in a good way, because it was going very deep. Paula checked in all the time to make sure I was okay. Highly recommended
