Paola took so much time and care over both my feet and hands. It was a real treat for me after lockdown to get the treatments and I left feeling great - I keep smiling at my nails afterwards. I was very lucky as she gave me a late appointment so I could fit it around work.

Paula has magic hands and I am thrilled to have found her! I booked the Indian head massage, hot stone body massage and reflexology in one session to kick-start my immune system and detox after an extended illness. Paula was very skilled in all three techniques, so I was really pleased. She listened to me when I described my physical issues and I felt very quickly that I could trust her expertise. The pressure was firm and therapeutic where needed - Paula spent quite a bit of time concentrating on my lower back and leg pain from sciatica. She regularly asked if the pressure was ok and included some more gentle and relaxing movements so it wasn’t too overwhelming. The head massage was fantastic - firm, relaxing and not painful. My sinuses cleared almost immediately. The only thing I would prefer is a bit more oil on my scalp to ease the tension on my hair roots. The hot stones were a great temperature and really loosened my muscles. I could feel so much more movement through my back and hips the next day. The reflexology was painful, but that’s because of my feet and I know there is no point committing to that treatment unless you allow the therapist to apply the necessary pressure. What I can say is it definitely helped me and although painful I would book this again with Paula. In terms of the space - it is a simple room behind a barber shop, but it is clean, very private with only one client at a time, smells lovely, calming music, and is surprisingly tranquil despite the main road outside.
