Wow. Paula knows what she is doing and was super thorough whilst being constantly considerate of how I was feeling, checking the pressure she was using and the temperature of both the oil and the room regularly. She found my problem area immediately and other areas I had no idea were knotted and worked tirelessly to release the tension. My only suggestion would maybe be some music or sounds in the treatment room but the treatment itself was brilliant.

This was honestly the best waxing treatment I’ve had in London. Paula was very attentive and detail oriented. The wax was very professional, she took the steps to ensure there was minimal skin irritation. She was very thorough, I’ve never had such a smooth end result!!

Paula was very welcoming and comfortable, would definitely go back.
Only feedback is there isn't much indication that the salon is inside a barber's so I found myself walking back and forth a few times.
