I'm sorry to leave this review, as I had a great chat with Michelle and she is a lovely lady. However, I don't feel like I got my money's worth for the services I booked, which were a deep cleansing facial and a massage. I didn't really receive a proper massage; it felt more like just having a few creams or oils applied to my face. I was expecting a more thorough deep cleansing experience, as the service's title suggests. I left without that refreshing feeling. Love the venue though.
