The venue was upstairs so if you have difficulty with stairs it would make the visit a bit tricky. It would be nice to have a more tranquil waiting area but understand there isn't really space for it. Michelle was very friendly, experienced and always got back quickly with communication. The massage itself was great and super value. Overall was really very good.
