Lash removal was not great the solution was burning and my eyes weren’t taped, I’ve never had a removal that has really stung. I think it was more designed for cluster lashes than the individual ones I had. She did try but I think more training or if they can’t take off individually just maybe not offer that. The head massage was wonderful though, super relaxing and she knows her stuff, felt so relaxed after.
