This was literally the worst hair experience of my life. DO NOT GO HERE EVER! I went for a simple touch up to my pre-existing colour - i had some grey to cover. The lady told me that she would touch up the ombre at the same time, The colour at the roots turned out to be a reddy brown (it was previously light brown), the ends ended completely cooked. Where before the ombre was nicely blended, there was not a line between the blonde and red, that was not even straight. Parts of the blonde were yellow/orange and she used no toner. No conditioner when she washed my hair, either. Certainly none of the keratin treatment mentioned in the offer that I paid for. At the end even she told me that 'she wasn't happy with it'. I went home crying. I have now had to spend GBP 180 in stripping out the red and dying it a colour that I could go out in public with. Literally cannot underline how awful it was. I want a refund.

It's a standup bed so no lines or blotches on your body. They provide goggles and are very kind and helpful. I will definitely most likely be back and the salon looks lovely as well. Easy to find location and price good too!
