Loved the facial. It has left my skin so much clearer and after three sessions I hardly get any spots any more. Absolutely worth the money. And Diana ist the best anyway.
Classic Facials
I was quite disappointed with my experience this time round. I usually have Jurgita who is wonderful but had someone else this time who was great for the hair dying and washing my hair bit, but not at the rest of it. As my hair is usually curly I have layers cut in and although when blow dried straight I cant quite seen the cut properly it did look like she was cutting my hair with a blunt scissor. I'm not sure if she was using a feathering scissor or not, but it definitely doesn't look like it usually does.
The lady also asked if I wanted to have my hair cut which completely threw me off. I had already paid in advance for this appointment and by asking she made me feel like she was doing me a favour. I had to remind her Id already booked and paid for an all over colour, wash, cut and blowdry and she shrugged her shoulders in an 'okay' movement. very odd.
My main disappointment was with the 'blow dry' if you can call it that. She basically didn't blow dry my hair at all. She ran the hairdryer twice down each section and then used straighteners. I don't call this a blow dry. also, as my hair is naturally curly and thick you need to take small sections to blow dry and straighten it otherwise it goes fluffy. She took big sections (im assuming to save time) and it ended up looking 'big'.
Overall it was an okay experience which is sad because my last one at this salon was brilliant. Will make sure I get Jurgita again as was not impressed with the lack of detail at this appointment.

Although the lady who cut and coloured my hair was lovely the end result was not what I asked for. I first turned out with stripey hair...she willingly changed it by adding more highlights however i left with very brassy blonde hair.
The cut leaves a lot to be desired, there are chunks cut out near my face rather than shaping around the face.
Overall I am going to have to go to another salon to get my hair toned down to a reasonable colour and the cut fixed.

Great place, very clean and nice atmosphere. The haircut wasn't rushed at all and I really felt like they took the time to do it right.
Salon is very easy to get to from Lewisham Train Station and it is very good value for money. Will definitely go back
