I had an issue with the first stylist due to lack of communication. I would recommend ensuring you have your needs translated if you are dealing with a hairdresser who doesn't speak english very well. I was unaware of the full extent of misunderstanding and it caused upset and wasted a lot of time!
Diana was great though and resolved the issues very quickly, I was given an appointment with Jay who totally sorted me out and I was very happy with the end result. She really is a great colourist and stylist.

Elle Hair & Beauty is a nice little salon offering lots of treatments on Lee High Road. The salon is modern and clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The staff take care to advise on the best colour / style and you feel well looked after. I was quite happy with my treatment, however, was a bit disappointed by the colour (it was quite a bit lighter than expected and left my hair looking a bit streakier than I'd have liked). Other than this, I thought the salon was really good.
