I had to wait 20 mins for my appointment which was supposed to last 1 hour but took double the time! But please with my hair style at the end.

Really lovely service. They had an amazing range of colours so it was hard to make a decision but they were very patient and helped me pick a lovely color.

Staff is not very welcome. Diana is kind of nice but no customer service as such. I would not recommend the place
