I’ve been coming to Elle for a number of years. Daisy and Henna have always done my nails beautifully. Unfortunately this time I had a man called David do my BIAB and I’m so disappointed in the service I got. The BIAB is too thick, the chrome is peeling off and the filing job is uneven. Gutted that I’m going to have to find a new salon

not the usual service and quality of as usual (it wasn't Daisy). I couldnt communicate properly with the guy and explain what i wanted so i just went for a simple plain colour.

Been here before. Daisy was lovely and friendly but unfortunately, my shellac came off 7 out of 10 nails after only 6 days. This never happened to me… Waste of money really. Very disappointed!

Daisy does great nails but the last 4 times I’ve booked her through Treatwell it’s been someone else and no communication on why. The guys who have been doing nails recently do not know what they're doing. The equipment has never been cleaned between appointments. I didn't mind this and them being constantly late as the girls did good nails, but no idea what's going on now, I went here for a year, but I won't be going back.
