I absolutely find coming here the worst experience. Every time I’ve come in, staff are always eating, not hygienic. Having to stop my treatment for another customer. Being told to change my booking because a worker doesn’t start until 2:45. This is ridiculous, a service should be accommodating to the customer not the worker. No wonder why they get no customers. Plus overcharge for average nails. The staff are very unprofessional. Do not recommend here at all. Will never come again, horrible!!

Overall, the result is decent and I liked both the hand shellac and the pedicure. The guy was quick, precise and very good at pedicure. However, I am very concerned about the cleanliness of the saloon and the equipment they use. All the tools like files, brushes, scrapers, were clearly used more than once, which made me wonder whether they have ever been sterilised. I genuinely love the work done but I am not sure I will come back if the cleanliness doesn’t improve.

I’ve been coming to Elle for a number of years. Daisy and Henna have always done my nails beautifully. Unfortunately this time I had a man called David do my BIAB and I’m so disappointed in the service I got. The BIAB is too thick, the chrome is peeling off and the filing job is uneven. Gutted that I’m going to have to find a new salon

not the usual service and quality of as usual (it wasn't Daisy). I couldnt communicate properly with the guy and explain what i wanted so i just went for a simple plain colour.
