I can't give an honest review as I was unfortunately never able to get my appointment scheduling issue resolved. I wanted to reschedule from 1:30 Thurs to 1:30 Fri an accidentally rescheduled to 10:00am on Thurs--I acknowledge this is my mistake. I was unable to change this online, so tried calling but they weren't open. I emailed, no response. They opened at 10, and I tried calling, no response again. It was only a £10 gel removal, but I would've appreciated an effort to get back to me.

Staff were very welcoming although I had to sit with me feet in water for a good 25m before being attended to. The pedicure wasn’t great- I was left with lots of flaky skin afterwards and certainly didn’t get any cream rubbed into my feet which is unusual. The staff were so nice but I am not likely to return as felt only half a job was done and my toes are beautifully polished but the rest of my feet are still full of hard/flaky skin.
