Was running 10 minutes late for appointment when arrived was asked to wait for another 15 minutes, the nail technician started doing my nails but then after putting my extensions moved on to the next client and finished their nails first. Very stressful situation as had to wait for almost 20 minutes while the other client was done with their nails . After completing the service I explained how I did not like it but the response I got was you should have told me first.
