AWFUL SERVICE, VENUE AND HYGEINE. Salon was filthy which I can’t understand as it’s new? Manicure was rushed and ruined instantly - put 4 layers of normal polish on in 1 go and gave 0 drying time - they smudged when he took me for the pedicure obv. Pedicure basins had rings of scum around them and the staff didn’t bother to clean them for the next customer. Pedicure was v quick and he spend a few mins exfoliating each foot and I had to tell him to remove the v obvious hard skin remaining.

i have been to elle london acton about 6 or 7 times now and i’m always very satisfied with the service! the staff are so nice and i feel like they always go above and beyond. best priced salon in the area as well!
