The place is lovely the staff is trying but there is lack of knowledge and experience. My nails came off on the same day one by one. No money back the only offer was to do them again but my nails are damaged so that doesn’t work.

Awful the staff are not trained ! I wrote a polite message to the manager as I did not want to make the lady who did my nails and feet feel bad and I thought this was the best approach in order to not deter other customers who were present at the time of my appointment. I was still charged full price for poor quality nails and a very basic pedicure. My appointment was for 1pm I got there at 12:55pm my appointment was not over till 17:19pm (no breaks or pauses to account for the number of hours wasted )
