I had a disappointing experience at Elle's Salon. The keratin treatment results were poo, my hair returned to its frizzy state within days, despite following all aftercare instructions. Although the salon owner assured me of a 12-week guarantee, this promise fell short. I contacted the salon 3 times seeking help, but received no response until I complained via Treatwell. Their reply simply suggested I find a different salon. Poor treatment quality, lack of follow-up, and unprofessionalism.
