Elle is so lovely and really listens to your needs. A few days after my haircut I was finding my hair hard to style myself so I went back and Elle kindly thinned and feathered it out to make it easier to maintain (I'm super lazy with my hair day-to-day!) which was done quickly and without a fuss! It has been a long time since i have felt comfortable getting my hair done. It was welcoming and friendly and a lovely place to be. I will be back.
