My highlights are always done really well, very close to the root & finely as I don’t like my hair to look stripy. Elizabeth always knows the exact timing in order for my hair to lift cleanly so that I can achieve an icy look rather than a yellow tone to my highlights, without damaging my hair :-)

Elizabeth was nice, smiling and very friendly from the very beginning. Most importantly, the hairstyle conjured up on my head with Elizabeth's unusual scissors exceeded my expectations.
