Elle is a very friendly hairdresser but my issue with this salon is their strict policy around only booking appointments through Treatwell and no flexibility when needing to change 2 days before (i was half hour late from the 48 hour notice). Also, there was a patch that wasnt done properly for which they offered to re-book but you have to do that through treatwell and PAY again! Cant get a hold of them on phone or messaging (no one responds)! Now looking for another salon that is more personal
