Turned my hair green and ginger. Asked for a full head of colour over my highlights to go back to my natural colour. Was told she would pre-treat the blonde so it didn’t go a khaki colour, then decided against that and put warmth all over my head. Was fine for 2 weeks but then slowly faded and now my roots are ginger and the ends are a khaki shade. Having to spend £200+ at a new hairdressers to fix this now. Really really disappointed.

I showed Ells Somme haircuts on my mobile and she talked me through how I might manage to blow dry them and still put my hair up. She curled my hair after drying it and I loved it.
