I have been to Elizabeth 4 or 5 times and been satisfied. However the last hair cut I had to get professionally fixed elsewhere after 2 weeks. The cut was uneven at the bottom, some hairs being missed during the cut and the layers were chunky and unblended, it ended up looking like a very bulky unbalanced bob cut which was unmanageable to style. I now need to grow my layers out to have them reshaped.

I had my hair cut by Chloe, and I am really happy with the confident way she uses the scissors as well as the advice and suggestions she gave me to achieve my desired cut. After changing many salons recently, I think I have found my hairdresser!
