First experience getting the full Hollywood, happy with the results but found it a bit odd she didn’t wear gloves, I know most places usually do. Other than that it was fine.

Elley was so lovely and welcoming and listened to all that I wanted from my hair colour. Unfortunately the ashy / silver tones I requested just weren’t there and I now have the job of re toning multiple times myself to get my desired colour. She was such a lovely woman and was super professional, although my colour unfortunately fell a little short this time around. However, She did offer me a take home toner for free which somewhat made up for it!
