Hard bed, lights were left on, CD player was skipping in my ear, towels were hard and crunchy - have requested a refund for the poor experience expecting a call back on Saturday afternoon and it’s now Sunday evening and I only got a call back after chasing. When I told my masseuse, she said I wasn’t the first person to make these complaints. Left a terrible taste in my mouth and feeling more tense than when I got there.
