Was a little chaotic the day I was in with people coming and going and no one to greet them at the front except for the therapist who was working on my nails which meant she had to keep getting up and down during my treatment leaving a less relaxed experience and it meant my gel manicure and pedicure taking much longer than it normally would. Paula is lovely though, very friendly, welcoming and chatty and does a great mani and pedi but think there could have been staff to manage the door.

I had the best treatment package at the spa and Charlotte was so amazing, she was skilled and so so lovely. Will 100% be booking again and have already recommended it to my family and friends

I never had a session of facial rejuvenation so didn't no what to expect .
I was surprised my face was covered in a black cream to aid the laser.
Had to wait twenty minutes for it to dry first.
The first burst of laser was noisy and I could smell skin burning, it lasted two minutes.
Felt like hot matches on my skin.
Than the next session was more noisy and lasted about four minutes.
Than it was all over my face cleaned of black cream. My skin didn't go red or peel as I expected.

I had a great experience at Elley Spa! The massage was the best I have had and the atmosphere was just right! I did not feel rushed at all and I was able to unwind and relax fully! I would really recommend and I will be booking an appointment soon!
