The hairdresser was very friendly, and wanted to know exactly what I wanted from my haircut. I felt that £35 for a wash cut and rough dry (ie. no brush, just so hair isn't wet) was quite expensive, especially given that I was just getting a trim.

Everything went really well. The service was friendly, and efficient. They made sure to confirm exactly what I wanted and also provided some great advice. Absolutely love my haircut and will visit again.
