Booked a last minute hair cut with Treatwell at Ellie in Putney. I loved my impulse haircut- Marta did a great job and talked me through my choice to be sure she knew what I wanted.

This was one of my worst beauty experiences. Late to start which would have been fine, except I could hear them rushing the next person. Complained that I had some shellac to remove, even though on the website it said it wouldn't be an issue. My lip and chin I still had to tweeze when I got home. The pedicure was so rushed at the end, which I was told was my fault because of having shellac to remove. Over priced, very disappointing.
