So happy with how my hair turned out and the experience overall! The staff were very friendly, the first thing Joanna did was compliment me on my hair which made me feel like I was in good hands and it was so lovely that Ellie remembered me even though I’d only been there once before. The colour of my hair is perfect, they really listened to what I wanted and understood the assignment! My hair was dry and had lots of split ends and Joanna wasn’t afraid to be honest about how much needed to be cut off to keep it healthy, and my hair felt amazing when I left the salon! Overall I’m extremely happy and would definitely recommend!

Loved the venue and atmosphere. I showed Ellie a photo of the haircut I wanted. I ended up with something different (not sure why), but love my new haircut nonetheless.
