Need to pay to get my hair fixed elsewhere. I asked for natural balayage (I've had for many years at other salons & never had an issue) but this time I got very bright un-natural highlights and layers when I asked for a straight cut. When I realized how bad it was & went back in they tried to blame me and simply painted over all my hair in one tone, completely covering any blonde & I am left with mousey hair & a bad cut - an upsetting experience, a waste of time & money I now need to get fixed.
