Pluses:
-booked a day before and was really helpful to confirm booking over the phone when I called
-was offered a hot beverage and received a friendly service
-good value for money
Minuses:
-quite a dull ambient, nothing special or vibrant but has what it takes
-was told the drying of the hair after the haircut was not included, which was odd.
I would not leave the customers leave with a wet hair the salon. I didn’t asked for a fancy blow-dry...just to dry it so I don’t walk back home with a wet hair.
-could have payed more attention to details for my haircut.

Ellie and Lauren are always really friendly and cut my hair exactly as I asked. Great atmosphere and great value too. Would recommend :)

Loved my brows they were done exactly how I wanted! Staff are so friendly and knowledgable too which made it a great visit would definitely go back for more treatments!

The usual great cut, this time by Ellie as Lauren was away. I really appreciated that Ellie listened properly to what I wanted and took into consideration my hair type, and encouraged me to say if I wasn't 100% happy with anything.
