They are in a great location and have a good space, however it all feels a little run down and outdated, there is no atmosphere whatsoever, Decoration is sterile and staff needs a little cheer-up. Service was ok-ish, despite Pauline been great.

Amazing facial and it was personalised to me and my skin type, I don’t think many places would give as much attention to that as they do here. Gina was wonderful, I’ll definitely be coming back.
Regular happy customer who unfortunately didn’t have as good an experience as usual. Eyebrow shape not really what I had asked for and I ended up with a small cut under an eyebrow from the wax. Spoke to staff who were very apologetic but when I emailed about it I never received a reply.
