Good location if you work in City or nearby. Very friendly lady who clearly knew what she was doing. Really stuffy basement room though, ask for a fan otherwise it's hard to breathe.
The salon was running 15 minutes late for my waxing appointment - not ideal when you are trying to squeeze an appointment into a lunch break. The condition of the treatment room was not great - the towels on the bed looked dirty with a lot of hair on them. The treatment seemed to go ok, however when it was finished and I sat up, there were huge chunks of wax left all over the bed so I nearly sat in them. I was also left covered in little bits of wax everywhere, and was only given tissues to clean this off with, which just led to more mess as it stuck to the wax! I have been left with patches of hair in numerous places where I would expect it to be taken off in a Brazilian - it is really not much different to a normal bikini wax. I also have a patch outside what I would consider even a normal bikini wax. I won't be returning.

I've been here numerous times for a wax but none of the usual therapists were in so a mobile beautician was covering. She was very rough and didn't do a very thorough job. Not impressed compared to the usual experience.
