The staff were friendly, but the 20min treatment was about 20min late to start, and the room did not smell good
Usually very happy here. However had a bad experience with the new staff now doing nails. Gel nails were really bubbly on 6 nails the next day and started peeling off after 3 days. Lady doing the manicure seemed a bit as if she didn't know what she was doing throughout the process. Really disappointing, especially for the rather high price
Second visit- great facial, relaxing and thorough. Friendly, calm therapist. Will revisit.
