Very pleased with eyebrow shape and tint, therapist was great and the venue nice and convenient.
It was a mostly pain-free wax. Beautician was polite and happy to chat whilst waxing me. The room is a bit small (not much can be done about that!) but otherwise fine. Would definitely recommend.
Have been before and had great staff but last experience was not good. Took over an hour to do a half upper leg and Hollywood, at the end she walked out without checking if it was ok. I had to call her back to complete as there were whole parts of the Hollywood that weren't done. Missed the entire front of one upper leg. After redoing she still missed big parts but blamed it on the hairs being too short, they weren't she just was sloppy in her approach. Disappointing that there is such a difference in the quality of the staff.
