great manicure but the salon needs to be better at communicating delays to clients. late start meant domino effect and clients waiting for over 20 mins
Staff member was lovely but there was no fan or mirror, so not only could I not see if the tan was dark enough but it wouldn't dry because there was no fan to circulate the air. After standing there for 30 minutes waiting for the spray to dry I gave up and dressed, so was left with clothing crease marks. A mirror and fan would have made a huge difference and this a 5-star experience.
